The Golden State Warriors are set to head into the 2017-18 looking to repeat as NBA champions with a fourth straight trip to the NBA Finals.
This comes off a busy offseason for the defending champions to maintain and retool their roster. According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, head coach Steve Kerr voiced during the team's media day on Friday afternoon that he believes that roster has gotten deeper.

Not only were the Warriors able to keep their core group intact by re-signing nearly all of their own free agents in Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Andre Iguodala, David West, and Zaza Pachulia but the front office also added a few other pieces to the puzzle.
Golden State was able to ink a couple of proven veterans in Omri Casspi and Nick Young, who could both become key contributors off the bench. In fact, believes the addition of both Young and Casspi could be huge in helping bring a new element to the team next season.

The Warriors have all the pieces in place to put together another championship and have only added more scoring and shooting to the mix with both Casspi and Young off the bench. This has also placed a larger target on their backs to repeat with a strengthened roster that could become an even greater juggernaut this upcoming season.
