The Golden State Warriors have nearly everything a team needs to be successful. The one thing they lack is size, and that's why they drafted James Wiseman last year. The seven-footer suffered a meniscus injury in his rookie campaign but could be nearing a return soon. Steve Kerr gave the media an update on their promising center's future after Tuesday's practice.

“James is doing fine. There's no structural issue, and we're just being very cautious. He's doing one on one stuff, two on two stuff, but Rick is not yet comfortable allowing him to scrimmage. So we're just trying to stay patient and do the best thing we can for James. He's such a young guy, and we just want to be very cautious with the injury,” Kerr told ClutchPoints.

The Warriors are 15-2 without Wiseman, and they are surprisingly one of the better rebounding teams in the NBA. When watching the team play, you rarely notice the size disadvantage they face nightly. They somehow get the job done.

Adding the big man will add a new element to the Dubs that should equate to more success. Wiseman will likely get slowly worked into the lineup playing in the G-League and coming off the Golden State bench.

Once he's fully ready to go, Warriors fans will finally get a look at their squad at full strength. The wait will be over. There will be no more talk about the Dubs not having a true center. The only discussion about the team you'll hear is how far they can go now that they're all back together.
