Mike Krzyzewski has seen some of his postgame press conferences become headlines for negative reasons this season with Duke. But following Wednesday's victory over Louisville, Krzyzewski was involved in an emotional postgame press conference with a media member, via Josh Graham of WSJS Sports Hub.

Earlier this season, Coach K was criticized for how he handled a question involving a student reporter from Duke. The legendary coach would eventually apologize to the student reporter for his actions and the media continued to scrutinize Krzyzewski's handling of the media over the years.

Despite his questionable responses at times, it was nice to see him show grief toward the media member who recently lost his father. Mike Krzyzewski would then proceed to speak about the game after losing his train of thought due to sending his thoughts to the media member's family amid their moment of hardship.

It goes without saying that Duke hasn't had the season that Mike Krzyzewski envisioned as they are on the brink of missing the NCAA tournament for the first time since the 1994-1995 season. Krzyzewski has shown frustration due to his team's shortcomings on the court. Even though he's made some mistakes in the media this season, Krzyzewski proved that he's a caring individual during a postgame conference on Wednesday.
