Kevin Durant is not concerned with the collective despite the consistent number of injuries to the Brooklyn Nets roster.

Durant, who just made his return Wednesday night, said in an Instagram chat, that the Nets will be fine in terms of chemistry because they have high IQ guys on the roster:

“When you’ve got high IQ players it’s not hard to figure s—t out,” Durant said, via Mike Mazzeo.

The former league MVP had not played since February 13 due to a hamstring strain until a game on April 7th against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Nets have showed an abundance of caution with respect to his health, which only makes sense given KD is coming off his Achilles injury.

Durant sparkled in his return. He scored 17 points to go along with seven rebounds and five assists in just under 19 minutes of play coming off the bench. Durant was a perfect 6-for-6 from the field in his return and made both of his three-point attempts. The only real negatives were the turnovers, as Durant had six giveaways. However, that's not unexpected given he missed over a month.

Unfortunately for the Nets, James Harden has hit the shelf as soon as Durant returned to action. “The Beard” has also been dealing with nagging hamstring issues, and the Nets said earlier this week they would sit him down and re-evaluate in 10 days.

Alas, the Nets have not had all three members of their own “Big Three” on the floor for quite some time. There is also the fact they must continue to work in both Blake Griffin and LaMarcus Aldridge.

However, Durant is confident the Nets will not have any trouble figuring things out ahead of the playoffs.
