Denver Nuggets injured point guard Isaiah Thomas has a suggestion that he believes would fix locker room issues in the NBA.

Unless you've been living under a rock Tuesday, you know that Golden State Warriors All-Stars Draymond Green and Kevin Durant were involved in a heated exchange Monday, an argument that spilled over to the locker room.

Thomas, who is still out with his hip injury, took to Twitter to voice his opinion on the subject:

Highly doubtful the NBA would allow that, but it's a nice try by Thomas to bring some laughter to this odd situation. Teammates argue with each other all the time. Basketball is a competitive sport. What doesn't happen is what Thomas is alluding to. Players don't actually fight one another. It's usually just verbal back and forth.

Thomas is probably bored out of his mind right now since he's unable to play ball. The lefty underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right hip on March 28. There is still no timetable for his return to the court.

Thomas signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Nuggets in July. He began last season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Thomas only played in 14 games with the Cavs before being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers at the February trade deadline. The guard shot just 36.1 percent from the floor and averaged 14.7 points and 4.5 assists in 27.1 minutes per game for Cleveland. He was one of six Cavs traded in February at the deadline.

With the Lakers, Thomas played a little better, posting 15.6 points and 5.0 assists in 17 games. Malone coached Thomas with the Sacramento Kings. The two have a very strong relationship, and Thomas believes Malone will use him correctly and get the best out of him on the floor.
