On Friday, it was reported that New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been charged with soliciting prostitution. Reports say that an arrest warrant will be issued for Kraft on Monday.

The news rocked the NFL, and when asked about the situation, Patriots safety Devin McCourty said we need to see things play out before we make any judgments about Kraft:

“When you see things come out like that you really have to just let it play out,” McCourty said, according to Tom E. Curran of NBC Sports Boston. “See what it is, what it isn’t, and go from there.”

McCourty, who was drafted by New England back in 2010 and has played his entire NFL career with the franchise, said that he has a good relationship with Kraft:

“For me, RKK has been a great person to lean on as far as social justice stuff, a guy to lean on, a guy to talk to, always present in the locker room, always there to talk to guys,” said McCourty. “I’ve had the opportunity to build that kind of relationship with him. With what’s transpired you really just have to let it play out and see what happens.”

Kraft has been charged with a secondary misdemeanor, and apparently, police have obtained a graphic video of men who paid for sexual acts in the massage parlor that the Pats owner used, per TMZ.

While Kraft was not named in documents, law enforcement says that he was one of 26 men who paid for such acts.
