It goes without saying that New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is a man of few emotions. However, quarterback Tom Brady thinks he may have an idea of how to make his coach crack a smile.

Belichick has become renowned for his stoic demeanor throughout games and press conferences. But Brady thinks conversations about the Navy, lacrosse, New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor, or rock musician Jon Bon Jovi just might be enough to make him grin, according to Chris Wesseling of NFL.com:

“Man, I have no idea. … Navy. Lacrosse. Lawrence Taylor. Bon Jovi. Those four.”

It is a bit strange to see someone of Belichick's status still be so serious despite being on the verge of winning his sixth Super Bowl as a head coach. However, it has become clear that it is a genuine part of his approach whenever football season rolls around.

Although Brady may have been a bit unsure about how to make Belichick smile, it seems he knows him almost as well as he knows the Patriots playbook. Belichick's father was an assistant coach at the United States Naval Academy, which is where he first discovered his love for the game. However, he would later admit that lacrosse was actually his favorite sport in high school.

Meanwhile, Belichick had the privilege of coaching one of the greatest players in NFL history in Taylor, who essentially revolutionized the game of football and the linebacking position. That said, a little bit of Bon Jovi during his down time seems like an educated guess from Brady.
