Los Angeles Clippers guard Jamal Crawford is potentially going to the Atlanta Hawks.

The former three-time Sixth Man of the Year is a part of trade talks with the Denver Nuggets, as the Clippers are interested in Italian forward Danilo Gallinari. However, Crawford will either immediately be dealt as a salary dump to another team, with the Hawks being the frontrunners for that role in the trade, or directly traded to the Hawks in a three-team trade.

However, the Hawks may agree on a buyout with Crawford, as they do not want his $28 million over two years on their books. It was originally reported that Crawford would seek a buyout and try to sign with a team like the Warriors or Knicks, but now it seems that may not be the case.

Crawford signed a three-year, $42 million deal with the Clippers last summer. Other interested teams in Crawford include the Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs.
