After a 47-point night against the Los Angeles Clippers, James Harden clearly approved of Trae Young's tweet, one using the same caption that Harden had used earlier in an Instagram post. The Houston Rockets star quote tweeted with the caption “Tweet on repeat,” giving his nod of approval:

Young had promised Harden he would steal his caption only two days before a 42-point game against the Denver Nuggets, making that the perfect occasion to shell out that line:

Young has been doubted his whole life due to his height and slight frame, but he has managed to silence doubters in every phase of his career — first impressing in high school, then making a royal arrival at Oklahoma and leading the nation in points and assists.

His NBA venture took a slight detour to start, as the 6-foot-2 point man struggled to adapt to the sheer size of his opponents and the level of physicality. However, he would soon find his comfort zone at the flip of the calendar year, putting up huge numbers and making it a close race for the Rookie of the Year title.

Young has been on a tear to start out the 2019-20 season, averaging 28.0 points and 8.7 assists, while Harden leads the league in scoring with 38.2 points per game — upping his 36.1 points per game from last season.
