Houston Rockets star James Harden had an abysmal first half in Game 3 of their first round series against the Utah Jazz.

Harden missed all of his 10 shot attempts in the first 24 minutes of action. He also had three turnovers, including one in the closing seconds that led to a Joe Ingles 3-pointer with a second remaining in the half, per Jonathan Feigen of The Houston Chronicle.

With Harden struggling, it's easy to assume that the Jazz would have already blown the game wide open at home. Unfortunately, Utah has failed to capitalize and pull away despite Harden's struggles, leading by only five points in the opening half of the showdown.

Harden has been magnificent in the first two games of this series. The reigning MVP has averaged a triple-double for Houston so far, putting up 30.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 10.0 assists while shooting 44.0 percent from the field and 43.5 percent from deep through the first two contests.
