Houston Rockets point guard John Wall has expressed to the organization that he wants to start playing again. Houston has the worst record in the NBA at 2-16.

Getting Wall back certainly won't solve all the issues in Houston, but it would definitely make them a better team. Last season for Houston, Wall averaged 20.6 points per game and 6.9 assists.

It is unclear why Wall wants to come back and play but it could be due to him potentially being fined. Both parties agreed on him sitting out until a trade was made, but right now wall wants to get back on the court and play for Houston.

John Wall still has two years and 91 million dollars left on his contract. Not many teams have wanted to trade for him due to his contract and him not playing yet this season.

It is unclear what type of role Wall would play. The Rockets have some young talent and their main focus right now is to develop those guys instead of having Wall out on the court.

The Rockets were able to snap a 15-game losing streak with a victory over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. Even if he does come back sometime soon, they will still arguably be the worst team in the NBA. The front office might look at this as a way to have the younger guys learn from an experienced veteran.

The talks between Wall and the rockets front office are expected to continue on Saturday.
