While live streaming New World on Twitch, Shroud shares to the world an exploit he recently discovered for the Musket. Shroud's New World exploit apparently turned the Musket into the most OP weapon in the game at the moment. 

On Friday, November 19, Shroud decided to stream some New World gameplay once again. During his stream, he shared some insights about a discovery he made while experimenting on the Musket. Apparently, Amazon’s latest patch for New World v1.1 unintendedly enabled this glitch. The Musket is basically an overpowered spamming machine now. All of the Musket’s abilities no longer have cooldowns and players can spam these abilities anytime they please with Shroud's New World exploit. 

I guess we can add Shroud’s latest discovery to New World’s list of game-breaking exploits. New World just seems to have an endless amount of exploits these days. Honestly, it’s quite surprising that Shroud even still plays the game given that he has many complaints about the game. Despite all that, Shroud somehow still makes time to play New World. 

As of the moment, we think Amazon is still unaware of the ongoing Musket situation. There still aren’t any particular threads about the overpowered Musket in the New World forums. Plus if you look at the most recent patch notes, it’s true that the Musket got a buff. However, there was nothing about having zero cooldowns or having the ability to spam skills. Hopefully, this catches Amazon’s attention soon before things get worse, especially in PvP.
