The Philadelphia 76ers entered Game 1 of their playoff series against the Washington Wizards Sunday with a healthy roster, but it appears that the team will now have to deal with a key injury. That's after Sixers guard Seth Curry was seen down on the floor and writhing in pain in the second quarter of the game.
Curry was immediately checked by Philly's medical team before getting escorted to the locker room, as reported by Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Curry was trying to challenge a Raul Neto shot from behind before Neto accidentally planted a meaty to his stomach. Whether that was really accidental or simply a cheap shot on the part of Neto is up to anyone's interpretation, but here's the video of that play that fully shows that exactly transpired.

Before leaving the game, Curry was already having a bad shooting night, making zero of three shots from the field, though he had three rebounds, an assist, and a pair of steals to help bump up his plus/minus to +5 at the half.
Curry is an integral part of the Sixers this season. His ability to score in bunches and just being an outside threat around Joel Embiid and alongside Ben Simmons provides the team incredible flexibility and opens up plenty of angles offensively.
UPDATE: Well, everything seems fine now for Curry, with Adrian Wojnarowski reporting that Curry is all set to make a return to action in the second half.
