There really isn't much to do during quarantine. So it gives a lot of people a chance to work on hobbies. Well, Tomlin's favorite hobby is also his job. Kiya, his wife, says he's talking football for very long periods at a time.
To be fair to Tomlin, it makes a lot of sense. The season might be in question, but there is still a lot that can be done this offseason. Free agency is still going on, and the NFL Draft is coming up.
Due to that, there is a lot that Tomlin can do. He can be working on a draft strategy or trying to decide on roster cuts or on signing a particular free agent.
When you think about it, this is great news for Pittsburgh fans. This quarantine has turned into a way for a lot of people to explore their hobbies. You're seeing a lot of people take up video games, puzzles, sewing, reading, or any number of other ways to pass the time.
Tomlin is sticking with football, though. He's working out ways to make sure the Steelers are the best they can possibly be whenever they march on the field next.
So Pittsburgh fans don't have to worry about what their coach is doing to distract himself during these trying times. Tomlin is simply doing what he always does, football.
