Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin's relationship ended with Le'Veon Bell on a sour note, and according to Tomlin, the two don't have any type of relationship anymore.

“I have none,” Tomlin said via Joe Rutter of TribLive. “I don’t communicate with him. He’s a New York Jet.”

The Steelers and New York Jets are facing off on Sunday and a lot of the storylines revolving around this game are about Bell going against his former team.

Bell hasn't had a whole lot of success this year with the Jets, but Mike Tomlin was still complimentary about what he has accomplished this season.

“He’s got a complete game,” he said. “He can run inside. He can run outside. He’s a big-time inclusion in their passing game, whether it’s out of the backfield or whether they remove him from the backfield and he’s route-running in empty sets. We have to minimize his impact on the game when it’s flowing through him.”

Tomlin was asked if he thought they would have a hand up on Bell because they have practiced against him so much. He said he respects the running back and it's not a matchup the team is taking lightly.

“I don’t have to tackle him. I don’t have a lot to worry about,” Tomlin said. “Tackling him is the issue. His teammates have seen him in training-camp like setting. It won’t be the first time those guys had a chance to combat him in those ways.

“We respect Le’Veon. We know the type of competitor he is. We know he’s going to answer the bell and be L-Bell in the game, and it’s our job to minimize that.”

The Steelers are still in the middle of a playoff race which means this is going to be a must-win game for the visiting team.
