Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Bowl quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is currently working his way through an elbow injury that has drawn much attention in the last couple of days.

However, it is some shunned off any concern about the ailment voicing that he doesn't even discuss it in any manner due to the insignificance of it, according to Bryan Deardo of 247 Sports.

“It’s fine,” Roethlisberger said. “I don’t even need to talk about it. It’s good.”

Roethlisberger had originally suffered the injury in the season opener against the Cleveland Browns that has continued to remain a lingering issue for him. However, he has downplayed it over the last few weeks as it hasn't forced him to miss any action in the time since then.

He has been able to provide stable play under center over the last few weeks that has helped the Steelers take some steps in the right direction. He is coming off a strong outing in last Sunday's 41-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons where he completed 19-of-29 passes for 250 yards along with three touchdown passes to one interception. Since the injury, he has passed for at least three touchdown passes three times in the last four games played. Roethlisberger's production should continue to deter any conversation about health concerns until otherwise.

The Steelers are leaning on the 36-year-old to continue to play at a high level while helping push the team out of their early-season rut that has put them in a tie for last place in the AFC North standings. This has put a huge amount of importance on their Week 6 action against the Cincinnati Bengals that could prove critical to their playoff chances. All of this lies squares on Pittsburgh to continue to grab a critical win that could begin to shift things back in their direction.
