The newly inaugurated President of the United States Joe Biden had an interview with CBS and took his pick over the two talented quarterbacks ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl 55.

The debate between Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes has been going on for the entire year, and even more so over the past couple of weeks. Biden picked Mahomes, while still acknowledging that Brady is a “great quarterback,” which went without saying.

Brady is set to play in his 10th career Super Bowl and first in the NFC as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. For Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs are appearing in their second straight title game and look to be the first team to repeat since Brady's Patriots in 2004-05.

Biden, who once played receiver, answered questions about the game and stated that he “hopes” next season's game can be played with a full stadium as the COVID-19 vaccinations ramp up across the country.

Biden has only been president for a couple of weeks, and the all-important question of Mahomes or Brady is one that everybody across the sports world has been talking about.

The game is set to kick off in Tampa Bay, as the Bucs make history and are the first team to play the game in its own home stadium, and whether Brady and company can win a title at Raymond James Stadium or not will be an interesting one.
