The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 117-115, Saturday night, but something happened late in the fourth quarter that caused OKC guard Russell Westbrook to be extremely upset at Joel Embiid.

With less than two minutes left in the game and the Thunder up, 106-104, Westbrook was going for a fastbreak bucket off a Sixers turnover. He was chased by Philadelphia's Joel Embiid in transition so Westbrook faked a shot.

However, Embiid bit the fake, jumped, and landed hard on Westbrook, who was down on the floor for a few seconds. Afterward, Russ stood up to confront Embiid, who was seemingly clueless as to why the Thunder guard was so upset.

While replays clearly show that Joel Embiid's hard foul was not intentional, Russell Westbrook shared his thoughts about it in an interview with ESPN's Royce Young.

“I don't think he just landed at me. I think he put a little extra into it, but it's okay.”

Asked by Young if Russell was cool with Embiid, he said “F–k no.”

Westbrook finished with 21 points, ten rebounds, and six assists in the win. However, he continues to struggle in shooting the ball as he shot 8-of-21 against Philly. He shot 7-of-30 in OKC's loss against the Los Angeles Lakers a few days ago.
