Sports photographers take hundreds or even thousands of pictures every game. Since they are professionals, almost all of them are good. But only a few of them can be called picture-perfect, such as the one featuring Steven Adams of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Check out the photo below featuring Adams in what looks like a battle for a rebound against two Houston Rockets players.

We might have to review the tapes to see what the actual play was. Was it a battle for the rebound? Was the basketball stripped off Adams' hands? Either way, the photograph captures one of the rare moments of the ball suspended in the air, covering the athlete's head.

Not only was Steven Adams part of a great picture, but they also won over the Rockets, 98-80. Adams himself had a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Paul George chipped in 20 points and 11 rebounds. And in the absence of Russell Westbrook, who's out with an ankle injury, Dennis Schroder and Terrance Ferguson contributed 14 points apiece. With the win, the Thunder have improved to 7-4.

The Rockets, meanwhile, are now 4-6 to start off the season. They shot just 37.8 percent from the field and 26.2 percent from downtown. James Harden had a quiet night with 19 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Chris Paul had 10 points, two rebounds, and five assists. Carmelo Anthony, for his part, had two points.
