The Minnesota Vikings are trying to get to .500 on the season, and wide receiver Adam Thielen made a ridiculous play on that quest against the Carolina Panthers. With the Vikings up 18-17 late in the third quarter, Thielen caught a 4-yard touchdown pass from Kirk Cousins while he was falling down.

Thielen set up this score moments before with a big 35-yard catch right after a DJ Moore fumble. The Vikings wide receiver has had a monster game, going for over 100 yards and counting.
Minnesota got off to a disappointing 1-3 start this season and was close to dropping to 1-4 against the Detroit Lions last weekend. However, the Vikings pulled off a miracle in the final minute, pulling out a last-second win to get to 2-3. They're now on the verge of getting to 3-3 on the season.
This is a big year for Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer. There were rumors before the season about a playoff mandate for him, so getting back to .500 with this impressive road win would be huge. We'll see if they can finish off this victory or if they snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
