Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cooks thinks no one should have trouble getting hyped for Monday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Cook and company will hit the road for a huge NFC clash at CenturyLink Field on Monday Night Football, and the Vikings are in a situation where every game matters in terms of trying to secure a playoff spot.

That's why you won't find the second-year pro having any issues getting ready for a game of that magnitude, and for those that do, Cook thinks they may need to find another sport to play.

From Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press:

Vikings running back Dalvin Cook on playing on Monday night at Seattle: “Monday night game, if you can’t get hyped and ready for that game, football ain’t your sport. It’s that simple.’’

Cook missed the entire month of October due to injury, and he's racked up 74 carries for 312 yards to this point in the season.

It sounds like the Vikings are planning to get him more involved in the offense moving forward now that he's healthy, which certainly wouldn't be a bad idea when you consider his overall playmaking ability.

A win in Seattle would go a long way towards helping Minnesota grab a spot in the postseason, as the rest of the schedule sets up nicely with home games against Miami and Chicago and one road game against Detroit.

But it's obvious that you won't find Cook looking ahead to any of those games right now.
