Gary Kubiak is quickly becoming an in-demand coach.

According to a new report, Kubiak is currently being eyed by the Minnesota Vikings for their as-yet-unfilled offensive coordinator position.

Kubiak's son, Klint, was on staff in Minnesota in the 2013-2014 season, where he worked with Kevin Stefanski.

As we'd previously reported, Kubiak is interviewing for a position with the Jacksonville Jaguars, as well. He is set to interview for the team's as-yet-unfilled offensive coordinator position.

Philosophical differences are keeping Kubiak from joining his former Denver Broncos under incoming head coach Vic Fangio, even though Kubiak is the team's former head coach and would fit quite well where he used to be.

Prior to interviewing for the offensive coordinator positions, Gary Kubiak served as a head coach for more than a decade. Eight of those years were serving as the head coach for the Houston Texans, and two were serving as the head coach for the Denver Broncos.

In that time, Kubiak posted an 82-75 record, including a 21-11 mark and a perfect 3-0 in the postseason with Denver. He also helped Denver win Super Bowl 50 before temporarily retiring in 2016 after concerns about his health began to grow.

Broncos GM John Elway has said that he's happy to let Gary Kubiak out of his advisory role with the Broncos if he does, indeed, get a coaching position. While some commentators have suggested that this makes Elway a bit of a disorganized GM, there does seem to be hope for Kubiak's career in the not-too-distant future.
