Mary Barbers, mother of Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green, is not one to shy away from criticizing even his son's own team. She was at it again following Golden State's 126-121 overtime defeat against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, and this time, she set her sights on former back-to-back MVP winner Stephen Curry.

Shortly after the disappointing defeat, Barbers apparently though it was a good idea to retweet a meme that criticized Curry for what was a miserable shooting night for the 30-year-old.

Curry went for 7-of-23 shooting on Saturday, scoring only 17 points, as he was unable to help guide his side to a victory in Houston. Green's mom was obviously one of the many who took notice, and decided to vent out some of her frustration via Twitter.

Barbers was obviously just having a bit of fun — at Curry's expense — but this is not exactly the type of “support” one would expect from someone who is so closely connected to the team. Then again, this is not the first time Green has gone on a Twitter rant barrage, so to some extent, this is perhaps to be expected.

For his part, though, Barbers' son, Draymond, showed up on Saturday, notching a 19-point, 11-rebound, and 10-assist triple-double in the loss.

Despite the loss, the Warriors still hold a 2-1 advantage in the series. Game 4 is scheduled for Monday in what should prove to be a pivotal matchup that will dictate the rest of the series.
