The Wizards' star was recently seen giving a motivational speech to an AAU team. It is safe to say that Beal did not hold back.
“I got news for ya, “Beal exclaimed. “One you get to the next level, if you get there, you ain't gonna be no offensive guy. That's just real fellas… How many college guys you know averaging 20 a game? How many? None!”

Bradley Beal is preaching to these kids. Many young basketball players focus purely on scoring. But Beal understands the importance of developing into a well-rounded player. His mindset is part of the reason why he has found so much success on the Wizards.
AAU kids can learn a lot from Beal. Learning the importance of teamwork at a young age is crucial. He makes the point that college players typically don't average 20 points per game. College coaches look for players who hustle and work hard.
Bradley Beal is no stranger to giving speeches to AAU teams. He clearly has a passion for motivating future players.
Beal will aim for a rebound season in 2022-2023 whether he plays for the Wizards or somewhere else.
