After an exciting Monday night victory against the Washington Redskins, Chicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen gave his Instagram followers a little too much access inside the locker room, according to the New York Post. As Cohen placed his phone on the ground, he went live on Instagram but didn't notice his teammate Kyle Long changing in the background in full view of the camera.

Long was fully nude for all of Cohen's 223,000, and many more, to see for a good 10 seconds, as Cohen was expressing his joy over the win.

This isn't the first accident with filming inside a locker room, as Antonio Brown famously was broadcasting to his followers during a postgame locker room speech while still on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I think we can all say without a doubt that filming inside a locker room is a bad idea especially when grown men are changing out of their battle uniforms.

Next time just wait until the postgame press conference Tarik, please. In today's day in age Kyle Long's last name didn't go amiss to internet trolls as the youngest brother of maybe the most famous football family in NFL history, sorry Matthews, was indecently exposed.

As players want to connect more and more to their fans and followers, going live to see exactly what they're doing at that very point in time is becoming more popular by the day.

Let's just keep it out of the locker room to avoid more incidents like these.
