Bobby Portis is an intense dude, so it came at no surprise for him to channel his intensity in a last-second floater to beat the third quarter buzzer on Thursday against the Philadelphia 76ers.

It didn't take long for Portis to get some love from his All-Star teammate Jimmy Butler, who regretted it almost immediately after receiving a really hard high five.

The two exchanged words as they headed to the bench, soon after Butler was looking at his hand in disbelief his own teammate had cocked his arm as wide as he could before meeting his.

“I know if Bobby smacks my hand as hard as he did again,” Butler told ESPN's Nick Friedell with a smile, “we're going to go toe-to-toe.”

Portis' 14 points and Butler's triple-double effort were much-needed as point guard Rajon Rondo was forced to sit due to injury.

The Chicago Bulls are fighting to stay inside the playoff bubble, currently holding the seventh spot in the East and tied with the Indiana Pacers with a 39-40 record with only three games to go in the season.
