In just his second year in the NFL, Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Devin White attained what many players never have/will throughout their respective careers: winning a Super Bowl ring. White appreciates how significant this achievement is and he also knows he has Tom Brady to thank for it.

Recently, White took to social media to say just how much it means to him to have won a championship alongside the GOAT (via the Buccaneers on Twitter):

To be clear, White did not exactly ride Brady's coattails on his way to a free championship. The former LSU standout is one of the hardest workers on the team, and he's played an undeniably huge role not only in the Bucs' dominant Super Bowl victory against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs but also, throughout the entire campaign as well.

Nevertheless, White clearly appreciates the privilege of having to play alongside the great Tom Brady. The recently-crowned seven-time Super Bowl champ is considered by many as the greatest player to have graced the sport of football, and himself being a huge Brady fan growing up, White truly values what he has achieved with his idol.

White, Brady, and the rest of the Bucs will have a couple of months to rest up (and recover from the insanity of their post-championship celebrations in Tampa) before the new season kicks in. They will go and have another run at the Lombardi trophy in 2021, and at this point, it would be foolish to put back-to-back titles beyond them.
