Milwaukee Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is becoming much more of a household name by the day, was recently featured in a “60 Minutes” interview special on CBS with John Kroft.

To put it lightly, Antetokounmpo has quite an amazing story to tell about growing up in Athens, Greece, and opened up about how good of a salesman he was as a kid.

“We used to sell glasses, watches. Then, we used to sell CDs, DVDs,” Giannis said. “I was really good at it. I didn't give up. I was like, I always keep asking them questions. And I was cute too. I was young.”

In the interview with Kroft, the Bucks star also revealed that his family had so little money that at one point he and his brother Thanasis had to wear one pair of shoes during their basketball games. When Giannis would check out, he would take off the shoes and give them to Thanasis so he could check in.

Still, the family stayed very close together and Giannis remained as optimistic as ever in life.

“You know, it was tough. We didn't have a lot of money. But we had a lot of happiness. So we wasn't broke happiness wise. When we were struggling back in the day, we were all together in one room, same room. We were having fun. We were smiling. There was some tough times,” Giannis said.

The “60 Minutes” segment on CBS, which aired on Sunday night, is an incredible story on Antetokounmpo and can be watched in its entirety here on the network's website. It is an absolute must-watch.
