It appears all is well again between Khris Middleton and the Milwaukee Bucks following the 27-year-old's mysterious absence from Wednesday night's game after being benched towards the end of the team's previous matchup.
Speaking to the media, Middleton claimed that there was nothing out of the ordinary in terms of his current situation with his team:
"It's been a normal week. You've seen the reports, the stories that have been told, but it's been a normal week. We had a conversation and we moved on and it's been nothing, but positive since then." – Khris Middleton, when @Matt_Velazquez how this week has been for him.

The peculiar timing of Middleton's DNP was enough to lead to some speculation of an imminent move away from Milwaukee. However, it seems that for the time being, these rumors will remain as such, with the 6-foot-8 swingman himself declaring his positive working relationship with the team.
Then again, this does not exactly rule out the fact that the Bucks may still be looking to move Middleton, who will likely be a free agent this summer. If the team is unable to sign him to an extension, the former Texas A&M standout could walk away from Milwaukee this summer and opt to sign with another team. This might just be enough motivation for the front office to try and find a workable deal for their prized guard/forward.
Nonetheless, Middleton was back in the starting lineup on Friday, as the Bucks fell to the defending champion Golden State Warriors, 105-95. He did not have the best of outings, as the Warriors' defense was able to keep him in check throughout the better part of the contest.
In his return from a one-game absence, Khris Middleton scored only 10 points (4-of-14 field goals, 1-of-7 from 3, and 1-of-4 from the line), eight rebounds, zero assists, one steal, and two turnovers in 27 minutes of action. He will look to bounce back Sunday when the Bucks face off against the top-seeded Toronto Raptors in an Eastern Conference marquee matchup.
