With March Madness right around the corner, teams across the nation are wrapping up their conference championship games. The Big Ten just ended their's, which ended in a thrilling victory for the Illinois Fighting Illini defeating the Iowa Hawkeyes. It was such a great game, it had Chicago Bulls guard Ayo Dosunmu posting about it on Twitter.

Dosunmu sent a simple, but enlightening tweet celebrating the Fighting Illinis' victory on Sunday. The Bulls guard played for Illinois before declaring for the NBA Draft in 2022. He's fresh in the NBA and still rocks with his former college team after they win the Big Ten title.

This marks the first conference championship for Illinois in 17 years, per 247 Sports. We'll see how far this team can go in the March Madness tournament. The Fighting Illini just proved they can overcome adversity and win a title already. Now, it's time for the team to follow through. Although Dosunmu plays for the Bulls now who are in the heat of the playoff race, Illinois will have support from him throughout the tournament.

As for the Iowa Hawkeyes, they should still have a chance to participate in the March Madness tournament. It'll see how both of these teams do as they chase after a national championship. We'll see how it all plays out as everything kicks off on March 17.

As for Ayo Dosunmu, he'll be busy helping the Bulls make a playoff push in the final stretch of the regular season. Chicago is right in the middle of the race and should be able to maintain their spot in the postseason standings. Keep an eye on Dosunmu, as he'll do everything in his power to help Chicago at least make a playoff appearance.
