Chicago Bulls forward Otto Porter Jr. will be available to play in Monday night's home game against the Dallas Mavericks, according to a report from Rob Schaefer of NBC Sports.

Porter has been out of the Bulls' lineup since November due to a broken left foot. He's worked hard to recover, and it sounds like he's ready for action.

The fact that Porter is on the mend is good news for the Bulls, who are currently holding a 20-40 overall record. He'll likely be placed on a minutes restriction at first, but it will be good to see him on the floor again.

In his nine appearances this season (all starts), Porter has racked up averages of 11.2 points on 41.7 percent shooting from the field (40.0 percent from beyond the arc), 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 steal in 25.1 minutes per outing.

In other Bulls injury-related news, Kris Dunn (right MCL sprain) and Lauri Markkanen (right pelvic stress reaction) remain sidelined. Coby White, who's been dealing with a strained back, is listed as probable for Monday night's game, while Zach LaVine (sore left quad) has been downgraded to doubtful.

Monday night's Bulls-Mavericks matchup is scheduled to tip inside the United Center at 8:00 p.m. ET. Chicago will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak.
