Zach LaVine and the Chicago Bulls got another major headache on Tuesday after Derrick Jones Jr. suffered a finger injury that will sideline him for weeks.

Already without Alex Caruso (wrist) and Lonzo Ball (knee), the Bulls have now lost Jones for the next six to eight weeks as well after he sustained a fractured right index finger during a workout at the Advocate Center.

The 24-year-old explosive wingman has been out since Jan. 12 because of a bone bruise in his right knee. The injury is expected to sideline him for at least one month, but now, he'll have to recover from both injuries with his new timeline.

It is certainly a frustrating turn of events for the Bulls, who were dominating the entire East early in the season. They were the top seed not too long ago, but they have now fallen to second in the standings with a 29-17 record. They have lost seven of their last 10 games, and by the looks of it, they are in for more troubles.

While Zach LaVine and co. will have a relatively easy schedule in the next few days, it will not last long as they have a couple of games against the Philadelphia 76ers and Phoenix Suns coming up.

Hopefully, Derrick Jones Jr., Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball will be able to recover and return to the Bulls sooner rather than later.
