When the ping pong balls dropped at this year's NBA Draft Lottery, the Chicago Bulls came away with the No. 4 overall pick. With the draft rapidly approaching, it appears this new Bulls front office led by Arturas Karnisovas is keeping its intentions very close to the vest.

Ok, some real draft scuttle: The Bulls continue to stump the remainder of the NBA with their intentions at No. 4. Although Deni Avdija is a common match with Chicago, there are a number of conflicting rumors circulating around the league, the latest (and most fascinating) item being that the Bulls are interested in Patrick Williams. Per sources, Williams has worked out for Chicago. Beyond that, it’s still unclear what the actual interest level is there. At this point, it’s worth naming every other player linked to Chicago, a list that includes Obi Toppin, Tyrese Haliburton, Killian Hayes and, in the event he’s on the board, LaMelo Ball.

As Woo notes, the Bulls have several options at No. 4 overall. Most draft analysts are projecting LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards and James Wiseman as the top picks, but could one of these players still be on the board when Chicago clocks in? If Ball drops to No. 4, he'd be a fine pick.

If those guys do go top three, the Bulls could go in a variety of directions. Deni Avdija has long been a popular name mentioned for Chicago, but it looks like Patrick Williams is getting a lot of late buzz as a possible option. Killian Hayes and Tyrese Haliburton are point guard options the Bulls could explore, especially with Kris Dunn and Shaquille Harrison on their way out.

The 2020 NBA Draft will take place on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. ET, with ESPN having live broadcast coverage. Let's see what the Bulls decide to do with their lottery pick.
