SLAM Magazine has been releasing its Top 50 NBA player rankings over its Instagram account during the past few days.
One of the not-so-happy players on that list was Carmelo Anthony, who didn't hesitate to put them on blast after he found out he was ranked No. 15.
The New York Knicks forward was quick to remind readers that he's better than a 15th-ranked player, saying “don't kid yaself” in the comment thread.

Anthony is one of the league's most gifted scorers, having won a scoring title and touting a career average of 24.9 points per game. The 6-foot-8 All-Star forward is also the active league leader for most points in a game with a 62-point outing against the Charlotte Bobcats in 2014.
His game however has gone from being a scoring machine to tending to the different needs of his team in order to remain in the playoff picture and his scoring numbers have seen a decline over the past two years.
Regardless of his placing on the list, hopefully this little jab will light a fire in him to help him lead the Knicks to the playoffs this season.
