This season hasn't gone as planned for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs immediately slipped out of contention and had a forgettable season. Kevin Love, however, can still provide moments to remember.

The team still has games to play. The Cavs faced a strong opponent, the Toronto Raptors, on Monday night. Cleveland took a commanding lead in the third quarter and never let go. The dagger came in the fourth quarter on an incredible play by Love and teammate Cedi Osman.

With the Cavs leading, 105-88, Love hurled an outlet pass from one hoop to the other, where Osman put it in for the and-one.

Kevin Love, 30, was playing in only his 13th game this season. He missed the majority of the year with a significant toe injury. Entering Tuesday, the five-time All-Star was averaging 18.8 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists.

The power forward is signed to a four-year, $120 million extension that will begin next season, according to Spotrac. A healthy Love will be crucial if the Cavaliers are to contend in 2020.

In his second NBA season, Osman is averaging 12.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting 42.9 percent. The 23-year-old is Cleveland's starting small forward and is a piece the team will try to build around.

The Cavaliers (17-50) ultimately upset the Raptors (48-20) by a score of 126-101 on Monday night. Osman and Love combined for 35 points, 25 rebounds, and nine assists in 64 total minutes. Cleveland guard Collin Sexton led all scorers with 28 points.

Toronto holds the second spot in the Eastern Conference, trailing the Milwaukee Bucks by 2.5 games.
