The Boston Celtics put up a whopping 135 points on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers, the most points the team has scored in the Brad Stevens era.

The Celtics blew out the Pacers at home, 135-108, to improve to 25-15 on the season and 15-5 at home.

Slowly but surely, the Celtics are starting to look and play like the team that everyone picked to win the Eastern Conference before the season began.

Boston entered Wednesday with the third-best defense in the league, as the club was only allowing 105.3 points per game. Now, the Celtics' offense is starting to pick up steam and looking like the juggernaut that it should be considering all the offensive power that is on the roster.

Against the Pacers on Wednesday, seven players on Boston scored in double-figures, led by Marcus Morris and Jaylen Brown, who each scored 22 points.

Second-year small forward Jayson Tatum put up 20 points, Gordon Hayward notched 14 off the bench, and star point guard Kyrie Irving chipped in 12. You know your offense is clicking on all cylinders when Irving only has to score 12 points and your team puts up 135.

Brad Stevens became the head coach of the Celtics back in 2013. Stevens has an overall regular season record of 246-204 with Boston after Wednesday's victory.
