Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens is unsure who will fill the scoring void of Gordon Hayward.

However, Stevens knows he has some options, pointing out how Javonte Green, Semi Ojeleye, Carsen Edwards and Romeo Langford could all step up for Boston.

Hayward underwent surgery on Monday on his fractured left hand. He was averaging 18.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game for the Celtics, so it's a tough loss for Boston.

Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will obviously have to take their games to another level with Hayward out. The return of Enes Kanter helps, too, as he's a guy who can score in double-figures.

It's truly heartbreaking to see Hayward get injured again since he was starting to recapture his All-Star form. He struggled last season for the Celtics, as he was making his way back from that gruesome ankle injury he suffered against the Cleveland Cavaliers on opening night of the 2017-18 season.

Boston is 7-1 on the season. They have won seven games in a row since losing to the Philadelphia 76ers on opening night.

The Celtics' offensive rating drops from 113.6 to 106.1 when Hayward is not on the floor, per Basketball Reference. So, everyone on the roster has to step up while Hayward is recovering.
