Journeyman point guard Isaiah Thomas has the NBA world buzzing after dropping 81 points in a Pro-Am game. Just a week after his scintillating scoring session, Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard did him one even better with an eye-popping 92-point game.
Check out some of the highlights from the Celtics guard below:

What made the Celtics guard’s feat extra impressive is the fact that he did it against another NBA player in Mike James. His adversary was no slouch on the court either, dropping 63 points of his own at the Portland Pro-Am. James played for the Brooklyn Nets last season and even had a few moments in the playoffs when their backcourt stars were nursing their injuries.

Pritchard and James were both absolutely sizzling throughout the game, even nailing some logo jumpers with ease before halftime.

Payton Pritchard was a fan favorite last season for the Celtics. He had a solid rookie season with averages of 7.7 points and 2.4 rebounds. His shooting splits were extremely efficient for a guard, nailing 44% from the field and 41.1% from beyond the arc while making 88.9% of his free-throws.
Best believe Celtics coach Ime Udoka will give him a little more free rein in the offense when Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are on the bench. The man can get buckets.
