The NBA Finals are tied at 2-2 after the Golden State Warriors evened up the series in the last game. Even so, the Boston Celtics are confident in themselves to regain a lead over their opponent. It's been nice for Boston having Robert Williams back, however, he did pull himself out of Game 4 early with concern regarding his knee. Regardless, head coach Ime Ukoda reacts to the injury.

According to Anthony Slater, Robert Williams tweaked his knee in the last game and could miss the next one. However, Ime Ukoda and the Celtics are “optimistic” about his return to the court for Game 5. If that's the case, then Boston should be in a great position to compete against the Warriors for Monday night's matchup.

Williams' return to the court is massive and Boston is ensuring their starting center is good to go. The Celtics are unsure as to when he hurt his knee in Game 4, but it appears it might have been in the closing minutes of the contest, per Jared Weiss. For that reason, the organization is being precautious with Robert Williams, especially considering he's missed multiple games during this title run.

Although this is good news for the Celtics, it's still not a guarantee that Williams plays in Game 5. Boston is going to continue to monitor his knee and come up with the best decision for him and the team. Even so, it sounds like Robert Williams is optimistic to compete against the Warriors on Monday night, per Chris Forsberg.

It's a great sign that the Celtics center feels better, as this is a great sign that he'll participate in the next matchup. Boston will need all hands on deck if they hope to defeat the Warriors at Golden State on Monday. If not, then this team will be facing elimination. Keep an eye on Robert Williams, as his official game status will be released before tip-off on Monday night.
