Before the season started, Boston Celtics big man Enes Kanter said he takes pride in being the guy in the locker room who puts “a smile on people’s faces.”

Well, Kanter hasn't disappointed and has lived up to the billing of being one of the funniest players in the league. He’s got a great personality and is always trying to make people laugh.

Kanter's personality was on full display on Thursday after the NBA trade deadline passed. He posted a hilarious video on Twitter after surviving the trade deadline:

The Celtics were linked to Clint Capela, who wound up getting traded to the Atlanta Hawks. The Beantown team didn't make any moves at the deadline, though it is hard to blame Danny Ainge for standing pat.

Boston is 35-15 on the season. They had the luxury of not making changes at the deadline since they are one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference with Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward leading the way.

Kanter has appeared in 38 games for the Celtics this season. He's averaging 9.4 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists while shooting 60.1 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from the free-throw line.
