The Los Angeles Clippers have just confirmed that they will be short-handed yet again on Sunday when they face off against the Sacramento Kings.

As reported by ClutchPoints' very own Tomer Azarly, both Danilo Gallinari and Luc Mbah a Moute will be forced to sit out Sunday's contest.

Gallinari is currently nursing a back injury which has sidelined him for a week now. The report also notes that the oft-injured 30-year-old will also be out for Monday's matchup against the Atlanta Hawks, and given the Italian's history, it would not be surprising if he ends up missing more time.

Gallinari has been a revelation for the Clippers this season, with the 6-foot-10 forward currently averaging 19.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 0.7 steals per contest. More importantly, he has remained relatively healthy for the better part of the season, and has not had any major injuries thus far.

For his part, Mbah a Moute has only suited up for the Clippers for a total of four games due to a lingering left knee problem. The 32-year-old veteran took part in his team's first four contests to start the season, but has been out of action since. Mbah a Moute last took the court on October 23, and there is currently no word on his targeted return date.

After a horrible past three weeks wherein they lost six out of seven games, the Clippers have gone on a mini surge, winning their last two contests. Los Angeles will look to make it three out of three on Sunday as they host a young and hungry Kings side.
