ESPN has been in the headlines recently for the star-studded additions to their Monday Night Football broadcast, as the network persuaded Fox Sports stars Joe Buck and Troy Aikman to join ESPN's telecast for this upcoming season. Not only that, but ESPN has also offered contract extensions to two of their most trusted sources for reporting in the NBA and the NFL, Adrian Wojnarowski and Adam Schefter. Outkick has the latest details on the 8-figure contracts ESPN inked with Wojnarowski and Schefter.

ESPN re-signed insiders Adam Schefter and Adrian Wojnarowski to multi-year contracts on Thursday. And sources tell the OutKick staff that ESPN will pay each of them $10 million a year.

Both Wojnarowski and Schefter, whose contracts were set to expire this summer, were re-signed to multi-year deals, each of which will reportedly pay them $10 million per year.

ESPN is sparing no expense with their sports coverage this year, though retaining the two well-respected insiders was a no-brainer. Wojnarowski previously worked for Yahoo Sports, where he rose to fame for his infamous ‘Woj bombs', or inside scoops.
