Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel hasn't been afraid to be bold after recently being hired. McDaniel promised to get the most out of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, then recently made a bold claim involving wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, even invoking his fantasy football outlook to do so, via NBC Sports.
“I talked with him [the day after being hired] and he understands his leadership role on this team,” McDaniel said, via Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald. “The easiest way to get yards is to give it to a really talented player. I would start him in fantasy.”

He said to “start him in fantasy.” That's an exciting statement on Waddle's fantasy outlook, as the 23-year-old finished as fantasy football's PPR WR13 as a rookie. If the Dolphins wideout is going to build on that in year two, then he will be a very popular pick on draft boards next fall.
