Previous leaks have already suggested the multiple new characters we can expect once Genshin Impact 3.0 drops, but now we have their skills.
As with any leaks, all information presented below did not come from official sources and should be taken with a grain of salt.
Genshin Impact 3.0 New Characters
5 star Dendro Bow
Hello, my name is Tighnari and I am the Lead Ranger of the Dawson Rainforest, responsible for maintaining the ecology of the rainforest and the safety of pedestrians. If this is your first time in this area, my advice is to read through the “Dawson Rainforest Survival Guide” and focus on the chapter “How to distinguish edible mushrooms and poisonous ones”.
Level 1: Fires off a Dendro infused arrow that deals Dendro DMG.
Level 2: Shoots Flower Basket arrows, dealing Dendro DMG. Upon hitting, it will summon 4 Hidden Flower arrows that automatically home in on nearby enemies, dealing AOE Dendro DMG.
Throws and object that deals ranged AOE Dendro DMG and generates a field where enemies enter a state of “chaos.” Tignari gains reduced charge time for his level two Charged Attacl for the duration of his skill, or once he fires 3 Charged Attacks.
Gathers the power of all seeds and fires arrows that tracks down nearby enemies, dealing Dendro DMG. When these shots hit an enemy, they generate additional arrows that track down nearby enemies and deal additional Dendro DMG.
Displays the location of nearby resources unique to Sumeru on the minimap.
Tighnari will be the first 5 star Dendro character we have the opportunity of pulling in Genshin Impact 3.0. Without a precedent for the element, it's difficult to gauge how strong he will be. However, looking at his kit, it's evident how similar his Charge Attack is to Ganyu's, the latter remains as one of the premier damage sources in the game.
Knowing what we do about Dendro Elemental Reactions, it seems Tighnari will be built around Elemental Mastery, and his playstyle will center around enhancing the homing arrows that his abilities give.
In-game, Tighnari seems to ahve long ears, and uses the short male model (Xingqiu, Chongyun). He has a poofy tail, and wears long shorts with laced boots and a shoulder cape.
4 star Electro Claymore
Oh my, oh my? Isn't this the famously known Traveler? I am travelling merchant Dori Sangemah Bay. For your first encounter gift, all my items here will be on limited 10% discounted sales, quickly come and choose! I will help you pack~
Summons a turret whose shots deal Electro DMG. When these shots hit an enemy, the turret generates two “after-sales service” bullets that track down nearby enemies and deal additional Electro DMG.
Summons a “Spirit of the Lamp” that connects to the active character, regenerating HP and elemental energy. The connection between the spirit and the active character deals Electro DMG to the enemy when touched.
25% chance of refunding Character and Weapon Ascension Materials when crafted.
Aside from the full name drop, Dori's skills are a point of interest. As of right now, the only Electro healer in the game is Kuki Shinobu. If this leak proves to be true, then Dori becomes another option for mono-Electro teams as well as for proc-ing the Electro elemental resonance. More reliable too, since she doesn't have the drawback of losing HP for it.
From her kit, it would seem that she can also deal off-field elemental damage, providing even more ways to activate Electro elemental reactions.
For her in-game appearance, it seems Dori will use the “child” model.
4 Star Dendro Bow
Forest Ranger-in-training, Collei, reporting for duty! I will ensure your safety during your traverse in the forest – phew, finally I can say this introduction, I didn't mispronounce any word, right?
Throws a boomerang that deals Dendro DMG both as it deploys and as it returns.
Throws a small mechanical cat sidekick that explodes, causing AOE Dendro DMG. Once it explodes, the cat remains on the field, continuing to deal AOE Dendro DMG.
Decreases gliding Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.
Collei is the first 4 star Dendro character, and also the only one whose appearance we have an idea of due to her presence in the Genshin Impact Manga. Her skills seem pretty straightforward. Collei's Elemental Skill is just a boomerang that she throws to deal Dendro DMG, and because of its simplicity we can expect a low cooldown on it. Her Elemental Burst, depending on the duration of the “cat,” can catalyze Dendro Elemental Reactions, even if Collei herself isn't on the field.
As far as her in-game appearance, it seems that she will have pale skin, and uses the “teen” model (think Barbara, Amber).
All we can do right now is sit and wait until they're officially revealed, or released in Genshin Impact 3.0 to know for sure what each character does.
