Ever since Daniel Jones became the New York Giants starter, he has been given the nickname ‘Danny Dimes'. His nickname showed early on Sunday with him throwing a beautiful touchdown pass to Darius Slayton versus the Minnesota Vikings.

After the Vikings took a double-digit lead in the first quarter, the Giants rookie signal-caller responded with a perfect pass to Slayton in the end zone. It was an impressive throw that was put right over two defenders (one of them being Pro Bowl cornerback Xavier Rhodes).

Luckily for Jones, his magnificent throw wasn't for naught as Slayton was able to bring the ball into his body to make the catch. If Jones continues to throw passes like this, his nickname of ‘Danny Dimes' is definitely going to stick.
