The Miami Heat enter this season's playoffs as the No. 1 seed in the East and one of the favorites to go all the way this year. If you ask Charles Barkley, however, the Hall of Famer isn't ready to jump onboard the Miami hype train just yet.
According to Barkley, the Heat could be in line for another early summer vacation if they were pitted against Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets in the playoffs:
“If the Miami Heat play the Brooklyn Nets, the Brooklyn Nets will beat them… I’m not sold on Miami,” Barkley said, via Five Reasons Sports on Twitter.

This isn't exactly one of Barkley's bold guarantees but it is clear who he's favoring in a potential postseason matchup between these two powerhouse teams. Depending on how the Play-In tournament goes, the Heat could actually end up facing the Nets in the first round if KD and Co. finish as the eighth seed.
This would not be an ideal scenario for the Heat as they would face a very tough test so early in the playoffs. The Nets are arguably one of the best low-seeded teams we've seen in quite some time and according to Barkley, Miami will be one of their victims in the event that they meet each other in the postseason.
