A street artist made a giant mural of Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler in the city. Word reached Butler himself and the forward had nothing to offer but love.

Via his Instagram Stories, Butler shared his appreciation to street artist Kyle Holbrook for the massive mural.

As seen, the mural is not only dedicated to Butler but the healthcare workers who have been tirelessly working this year due to the pandemic. It also features Heat players Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro, Goran Dragic, among others, wearing masks. In effect, the mural is not just an homage to the Heat, but also a reminder to the public to keep their masks on.

Indeed, in his first year in Miami, Butler has risen to one of the city's prominent figures. From his rocky stints in Minnesota and Philadelphia, Butler has managed to overcome all odds and make a name for himself with the Heat.

Despite their heartbreaking NBA Finals loss, Butler didn't forget to thank the city for all the love. In an Instagram post after their loss, Butler gave Heat fans a shoutout and vowed to come back stronger than ever.

THANK YOU Miami, the entire @MiamiHeat organization, Coach Spo, our coaches, and my teammates for a great first season. appreciate all the love and support from Heat Nation and our fans. Best believe we will be back.

Indeed, the relationship between Miami and Butler is something special. Here's to hoping that they make bigger waves this season with the Heat.
