The Miami Heat can rest easy.

Justise Winslow, who suffered a left knee strain in Wednesday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, looks like he'll be just fine. An MRI came back clean, and he may return in as early as just one week, per Shams Charania of The Vertical.

The initial diagnosis of his knee was ominous. He left the game after playing only nine minutes, and the status of his injury has been largely unknown until now.

But with this update, the Heat can rest easy knowing that Justise Winslow will be just fine and he'll return to action soon.

Winslow is one of the Heat's most important young pieces. He came into the league as a defensive stopper, and is only improving the more time he spends on the floor.

He recently started 15 straight games for Miami, but was again relegated to the bench in favor of his more experienced teammates. His role has been increasing for the Heat as of late.

One week without Justise Winslow will surely affect the Heat negatively, but the bright side is he'll be back. They will need him if they hope to make the playoffs this year. The Heat currently sit 10th in the Eastern Conference.
