It seems that aside from acquiring a new superstar, the Miami Heat are also debuting a new version of the “Vice” jerseys next season.

Several photos are currently making the rounds on Twitter, showing the Heat's rumored new uniforms. They are reportedly retiring the black version of these alternate jerseys and will replace them with sky blue as the base color:

According to reports, these photos are legit, although the Heat haven't made an announcement about it yet. These blue-themed jerseys have received mixed reactions from fans, so if this is indeed true, do not be surprised if the Heat will make a couple more revisions to its overall design and color.

Miami has used black, white, and pink as the base colors of these jerseys over the past couple of years, so this will be the fourth different color.

As mentioned, they are also reportedly retiring the universally popular black-colored version of those uniforms, but that has yet to be confirmed.

The Heat will begin the post-Dwyane Wade era next season, and they are hoping that newly acquired star Jimmy Butler will be able to lead them to success. The eight-year veteran is going to Miami via four-team trade involving the Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Clippers, and Portland Trail Blazers.

As the team ushers in a brand new era, the Heat want to have a new look as well.
