In his last NBA game ever, Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade gave his jersey to his close pal, Carmelo Anthony.

Wade wasn't able to play against Anthony this season because Melo only appeared in 10 games with the Houston Rockets before the team exiled and traded him to the Chicago Bulls.

Anthony was in Brooklyn on Wednesday to watch Wade and the Heat face the Nets. After the game ended, Wade found Melo and gave him his jersey.

Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James were all part of the 2003 Draft. James went to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Anthony went to the Denver Nuggets and Wade was selected by the Heat. All three stars will be future Hall of Famers.

It's kind of sad what has happened to Anthony. He's one of the best scorers in NBA history and it almost feels like his career is just about over after what happened this season. Luckily for Melo, he still has his brothers in Wade, LeBron and Chris Paul to support him.

The Heat were unable to make the playoffs in Wade's final season. The Chicago native played really well in his final campaign. with opposing players and coaches saying they were surprised Wade was retiring given the way he has played.
